Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn apparel or unopened physical products (like vinyl records).
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. To start a return, please email oranjebandca@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Digital downloads, music files, and tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
Cancellations
Preorders: You may cancel a preorder within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, orders cannot be canceled because production/shipping has begun.
Tickets: Ticket purchases can only be canceled or refunded if the event is canceled. If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date.
Disputes
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us first — we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly before it escalates to a payment dispute.​

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
